It's always a relief to know there is someone on the desk whatever time one arrives.

The receptionist was very nice, we checked in and out very quickly. The parking was large enough to accommodate all the visitors, and the room itself is of fair value - renovated, clean, simple. A very good place to stay on your way from France to Spain (or back).

we always select this hotel when driving from spain to netherlands. A great stop at the right moment. Person behind the counter is every time the same , is friendly and speaks good english (man with red beard) so it feels welcome every time. Like!

The Ibis Budget Hotel Perplgnan-Nord helped us out in a moment of distress. We had a reservation at a "vacation colony" in Leucate. Our plane was late in arriving in Toulouse, and we couldn't get to the entrance gate until after they closed - so we were locked-out at 23:00 with nowhere to go. I looked up the nearest hotel, and it was this Ibib Hotel. They had a 24-hour available lady at the desk who gladly took our reservation, and we had a great place to sleep and have breakfast the next morning. Such a relief!!!
